Fundamental laws of nature
Five patterns of life, each drawn from its equations
Each wedge is computed by scripts/site/team-composite.py from the model named under it, with no hand drawing. Claims come from claims.json; Theorem means the mathematical statement is proved (in Lean 4 or the literature), and the bar is the mean probability the AI assessors give the claim. Species circles are the specimens on which the morpho lab's 12-step loop tested the model: the score is the audit rubric out of 100, assessed by models other than the builder, and the nanopub is the published audit claim. These are AI audits, not expert validation. The same figure with every species laid out around it, as one still image without the portraits: pattern-atlas.jpg (scripts/site/pattern-atlas.py). Resting on (or clicking) the tab at the right edge opens the knowledge graph of the active pattern: its claims, who scored them and with what probability and confidence, the Lean proofs, the data tests and the MorphoEval audits.
